Super Junior, who debuted in 2005, is a legendary K-pop group known for numerous hit songs such as “Sorry, Sorry,” which sparked a global phenomenon, as well as “Miracle,” “U,” “It’s You,” “Devil,” “Mr. Simple,” and “Black Suit.” As one of the first groups to spread the appeal of K-pop across Asia, Super Junior has played a key role in the genre’s international rise. Moreover, Super Junior pioneered the concept of “unit groups” in the K-pop industry, starting with the main vocal unit K.R.Y. Admission Arrangement

Arrangement for Standing/ Seating Zone 

· Audiences are encouraged not to bring bags/backpacks to the event hall. Express Lanes for admission are available for audiences NOT carrying bags/backpacks (if applicable).

· All audiences are required to go through handheld metal detector checking before entering the event hall (if applicable).

· For audience who would like to re-enter the venue, please present the re-entry token together with the original concert admission ticket to our admission staff. AWE reserves the right to amend the admission procedures from time to time.

· All standing ticket requires line up in order of your number. For safety concern, please do not run after entering the hall.

· Failure to arrive within the announced entry/queue time, will be deemed as giving up the benefits.

· Age limit for Standing zone: 12 or above and Height limit: 140 cm or above.

The use of wheelchairs or electric wheelchairs on AWE premises is subject to the following conditions:

· Wheelchair seat tickets are designated for persons who depend on wheelchair for mobility and their accompanying minders. When purchasing wheelchair seat tickets, each wheelchair user is entitled to purchase a maximum of one minder at the same time. Wheelchair seat ticket holders must produce proof of mobility difficulties* upon demand by AWEM during admission. AWEM will refuse admission without refund, in case of non-wheelchair user or any person accompanying any non-wheelchair user holding wheelchair seat ticket or minder ticket for admission. AWEM and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.

* Proof of mobility difficulties means “Registration Card for People with Disabilities” (Physical Disability) or other valid medical documentary proof showing physical disability or mobility difficulties.

· AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to refuse entry if the ticket purchased is not fitted for the ticket holder’s specific seating requirements or accessibility needs, and there shall be no refund whatsoever.

· Wheelchair users with tickets may contact AWE (+852-3606 8888) for admission assistance. They are also advised to arrive at the performance venue with sufficient lead time for admission.

Important Notice

· Unauthorised photography, filming or recording is strictly prohibited in the event hall. Bag searches will be conducted prior to entering the event hall. Article bigger than the dimensions of 38 cm X 30 cm X 20 cm (i.e. 15 inches X 12 inches X 8 inches) as well as all professional cameras, video/voice recorders and stools/folded chairs are not allowed in the event hall. Long umbrellas are not allowed in the event hall. Please place restricted article(s) at Baggage Storage Counter or self-service lockers at the Ground Floor Level.

· All tickets must purchase from official ticketing agents. Defaced, damaged, copied or otherwise altered tickets will not be entertained.

· All tickets are non-refundable or non-exchangeable. Each ticket admits one (1) person only, subject to any age restrictions set by the organiser. Reissues for lost free seating or standing tickets cannot be processed under any circumstances.

· For safety reason, selfie stick , any types of LED banner is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.

· Age limit for Seated zone: 3 or above. STANDING entry is with queue number. For safety reasons, pregnant women and children under 140 cm or 12 years old are not allowed to enter STANDING area.

· Smoking is prohibited in AsiaWorld-Expo.

· No Food & Beverage consumption except plastic bottled water are allowed inside the event hall. No glass, aluminium cans and other plastic cups are allowed inside the event hall.

· No outside food and beverage are allowed in AsiaWorld-Expo.

· No glass bottles, inflated objects that are lighter-than-air in any kinds of materials (i.e. balloons), hazardous materials, weapons, aerosol cans and any sharp objects is allowed inside the event hall.

· Possessing or using any illegal drugs is prohibited inside AsiaWorld-Expo.

· Selling or distributing unauthorized merchandise or other items is strictly prohibited within AsiaWorld-Expo.

· No standing on chairs.

· No waiting at staircase and circulation corridor.

· Possessing and using fireworks, pyro or laser /LED light board device is prohibited.

· No remote-controlled aerial device or toy is allowed (e.g. model helicopters or drones).

· Performance may contain strong and strobe lighting and smoke, please inform any medical staff or security of AsiaWorld-Expo, if feeling unwell or any assistance is needed.

· No ticket scalping is allowed. AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to void any ticket if it is used, resold, shared or used for any commercial purposes or association.

· Latecomers may only be admitted during a suitable break in the event. However, admittance is not guaranteed due to lateness.

· No animals are permitted in AsiaWorld-Expo except registered guide dogs upon obtaining prior written consent of AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited.

· The ticket holder agrees to abide by the applicable rules and regulations of AsiaWorld-Expo, event organiser and the official ticketing agent, as amended from time to time without notice, and use of this ticket by the ticket holder shall be deemed as express acceptance of same.

· AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited as the venue provider cannot guarantee the participant’s view is totally free from any obstruction during an event.

· AsiaWorld-Expo Management Limited and the event organiser reserve the right to have the final decision in case of any disputes.

· If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version of this Notice, the English version shall prevail.

· 演出可能會有強光、閃光或煙霧效果，如觀眾感到不適或需要協助，請盡快通知現場醫療或保安人員。

· 嚴禁炒賣門票。門票如已被使用或轉售、分享予他人或作其他商業用途，亞洲國際博覽館管理有限公司及主辦機構將保留取消該門票之決定權。

· 遲到者或被安排於適當時候方可進場，惟不能保證遲到者之進場權利
